Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

The Accounts Payable position involves checking invoices and payment documents, updating accounts payable to suppliers, and developing payment plans for accounts payable.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check invoices and payment documents. Ensure the accuracy, validity, and completeness of the documentation.
Update accounts payable to suppliers. Prepare weekly accounts payable reports.
Plan the payment of overdue debts and prepare the necessary payment documents (bank transfer orders, receipts, payment vouchers, etc.).
Transactions with the bank involve executing payment orders, sending and receiving documents, and bank statements.
Record the transactions that occur in the accounting software (Misa).
Store, organize, and preserve documents carefully and systematically.
Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

REQUEST:

Minimum qualification: a college degree in accounting or related fields within the economics sector.
Minimum 1 year of experience working as an accounts payable accountant, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Thorough understanding of accounting laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
In terms of skills, candidates need to have: proficiency in Excel, ability to use Misa Import, and experience with Time Management.
We also consider factors such as: understanding of Accounting, mastery of Cost Accounting, and knowledge related to Accounting and Auditing.
