Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
Perform internal accounting tasks and record transactions into the system.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform internal accounting tasks and record transactions into the system.
Verify and reconcile accounting data and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with legal regulations.
Monitoring and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Control and manage marketing advertising costs.
Manage, organize, and store internal documents in a systematic and secure manner.
Coordinate and perform tasks within the Accounting Department and other duties as directed by the Department Head.

REQUEST:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, with experience in preparing financial statements and using accounting software.
Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated with a major in Accounting from universities or colleges.
Quick-witted, honest, and proactive in work.
Candidates should possess: knowledge of Financial Reporting, proficiency in Misa software, experience with Windows, and a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
We prioritize candidates with experience in: understanding of Accounting, knowledge of Internal Accounting, and a strong grasp of General Accounting.
