Daily work:
Build internal management information system, hire internal management services and hire inspection;
Develop financial regulations, salary, bonus and welfare regulations and internal management regulations on finance and accounting;
Build working procedures for employees in the department, describe the work of each position in the department;
Build recruitment and training processes for department staff;
Periodic reporting of business results
Develop annual budgets, control revenue across channels and provide timely advice on cash flow.
Monitor and check the status of import and export of raw materials, goods and packaging
Monthly recurring tasks:
Synthesize and check internal financial reports: revenue and expenditure reports, cash flow, profit of each product line/product line and business results.
Summary of fixed asset depreciation accounting, allocation of short/long-term prepaid expenses;
Check tax declaration (VAT, CIT), monitor invoice usage.
Quarterly / Annual Work:
Responsible for guiding, implementing, researching, accounting, and checking professional tasks related to new policies, laws, and decisions for employees.
Guide staff in the inspection and compilation department, archive and store investment documents. Synthesize, check and compare ledger data and quarterly financial reports.
Analyze price fluctuations over periods to warn of unusual expenses.
Prepare documents for audit and tax authorities upon request.
