    Job Description

    • Contact and discuss with the sales department to understand what customers' requirements are regarding the product: design, form, quantity, quality, size, delivery time, etc.
    • It is necessary to determine in detail and specifically the factors needed for the production process to run smoothly: labor, machinery, equipment, raw materials, goods, costs... from which production costs can be accurately calculated.
    • Conduct detailed production planning by week/month/quarter for each stage and step to ensure the production process is on schedule, optimizing time and cost.
    • Connect with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure that production is on schedule, avoiding errors such as late delivery, incorrect production requirements, and lack of raw materials for production.
    • Coordinate with production management department to perform product quality monitoring, machine operation, and production standards.
    • Together with QC and QA departments (product quality control) to ensure the product quality meets the requirements as desired by the customer.
    • Monitor the delivery process, ensure quantity, quality, on-time delivery and standards.
    • Responsible for managing documents, records, contracts, invoices, minutes... related to the product manufacturing process.
    • Search and collect information about production processes, evaluate and develop optimal plans.
