Support user requests and handle errors related to computers, computer networks, software, cameras, peripheral devices (printers, photocopiers, timekeepers, etc.) of the Office sector .
Management of office IT equipment and machinery: installation/retrieval/transfer of equipment to employees and inventory of assets.
Manage Sever system, website, mail, and internal data of the company.
Plan - recommend equipment maintenance/maintenance.
Make plans to improve and upgrade equipment and systems.
Perform assigned IT system maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with other departments when required.
