Job Description
- Support users on IT issues: Windows, Office, Outlook, Antivirus, Network Connection, SMS Software, Voice Call, MS365, Getfly, Training, User Monitoring of Enterprise Software such as Electronic Signature, CRM, ERP, Working with Third Parties, Connecting API Gateways to Integrate with Company Software...
- Operate office equipment: Printers, presentation equipment, conference equipment, VoIP phones.
- Propose, install, warrant, and maintain IT equipment, telephone switchboards, servers, cameras, etc.
- Update new features of applications in the enterprise management software, plan training for new application users.
- Install and ensure stable and safe operation of all devices and application programs
- Manage the entire IT infrastructure: servers, centralized storage devices, workstations, peripherals, other auxiliary devices along with system software.
- Managing platform services for the entire IT system (authentication, access control, resource allocation, user information management, email, personnel monitoring according to the company's prescribed scenario via the voice call center system ...
- Manage Marketing software, scan data, scan data and bring it to CRM for sales to work.
Candidate requirements
- Education: Graduated from University with major related to IT system administration and software administration.
- Have at least 02 years of experience in a similar position; understanding of computer software and telecommunications software (Internet, Computer Serve, Microsoft Mail, ...); network and computer security systems and applications (firewalls, anti-spyware, anti-virus);
- Ability to learn and use existing and new system management software well;
- Honest, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure
