    Job Description

    • Troubleshoot, support users with computer systems, hardware, software, networks, email, peripherals, office machines and repair, troubleshoot when necessary.
    • Troubleshoot Internet network problems for users (LAN, WAN).
    • Troubleshooting printers, timekeeping machines, surveillance cameras.
    • Manage equipment, allocate equipment according to user requirements.
    • Proactively provide solutions to problems when receiving support requests from users.

    Candidate requirements

    • College degree or higher, major: Information Technology - Network Hardware.
    • Have 1 - 2 years of experience in IT Support position for HR companies.
    • Suitable age 1999 - 2001.
    • Knowledge of common computer hardware and software.
    • Able to fix simple, common computer and office equipment errors.
