    Job Description

    Ensure security and information safety for the company's IT system in compliance with security standards and legal regulations related to information protection.

    Managing LAN, WAN, Internet, Server systems; Checking, maintaining and servicing IT systems to ensure smooth and stable network operations.

    Receive requests and handle problems with servers, workstations, printers, phones... during computer and hardware system operation and promptly support users with IT issues.

    Make a budget for periodic maintenance, repair, and upgrade of the company's IT systems such as: servers, computers, printers, transmission lines, etc.

    Candidate requirements

    • Education: College degree or higher in information technology majors
    • Foreign language proficiency: able to read specialized documents, basic communication
    • Knowledge of CCNA, MCSE, SQL Server...
