Job Description

Continuously monitor the network - Wifi system, immediately resolve arising problems, ensuring the system operates stably.

Monitor the operation of the Hotline switchboard, the operational status of the customer service lines, and periodically check the call transfer from the switchboard to the business and service hotline.
Continuously monitor Domain, domain name, mail server, monitor operational status, expiration date, usage status, remaining capacity to suggest updates.
Monitor the timekeeping system, update, decentralize, and synchronize device data.
Monitor the SMS Brandname system, support content adjustment in accordance with state regulations and send customer care messages according to business - service campaigns.
Monitor the operational status of the website, support updates, maintenance, and data backup.
Support installing software and fixing errors on office computers.
Allocate computers and laptops according to the needs of departments and employees.
Monitor the camera system, maintain the camera system operating continuously.
Consulting, designing appropriate cam systems, ensuring continuous and complete system data storage, supporting data extraction upon request from relevant departments.
Email level, email setup support and usage instructions.
Support extracting call history and data from the switchboard when requested by related departments for reporting.
Monitor, maintain, and clean systems, server cabinets, and network systems quarterly.
Manage and support the issuance of corporate Grab accounts to company officials and employees.
Search for suppliers, create comparison tables, browse and purchase equipment for departments when needed.
Carry out other arising tasks as directed by the CEO or authorized person.
