Job Description

1. WORK CONTENTS:

Monitor and manage employee KPIs.
Administration of computer systems, servers and networks of the Company.
Manage mail system, software, camera of the Company.
Responsible for repairing and maintaining computer equipment when needed.
Coordinate/consult in procurement, warranty, maintenance, outsourcing services, machinery and equipment in the IT field.
Set up and manage information security system.
Manage users and user groups (users/groups) on management software programs.
Receive and handle problems, support employees when problems arise with hardware systems, software errors, internet errors, mail, passwords, ..
Support to install software, hardware, upgrade computer configuration
Other tasks: Support Human Resources Department to design greeting cards when there is an event, ..

2. REQUIREMENTS:

Male and female: Age 20-27
Graduated from College and University.
Experience at least 6 months.
Good communication skills, proactive in work
Honest, professional style, diligent, careful, meticulous

RIGHT:

Salary from 9 million to 12 million based on experience
Allowance for lunch, petrol, phone, ..
