    Job Description

    • Install, diagnose, fix, maintain and repair hardware, computer software, copier, printer, camera, timekeeper, voice ip, network, etc.
    • Configure, troubleshoot, instruct users on Email, office applications, IT software, etc. to ensure smooth work operation;
    • Prepare and install equipment for departments and company personnel. Operating equipment systems for online/offline meetings and company events;
    • Maintain internal and external communication channels related to IT systems;
    • Advising, building, proposing and deploying IT solutions to meet the company's operational and development requirements, safely and effectively;
    • Planning and reporting weekly work;
    • Administrative support, performing other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager (if any).
