Job Description

Support product managers in Japan to analyze products in Japanese
Support product managers in Japan to create technical specification documents
Strive to learn technical knowledge about engineering every day
Simultaneous interpretation for internal meetings (Vietnamese and Japanese)
Technical specification document translation
Prepare regular meeting minutes (or translate minutes)
Translate questions from engineers
Translated feedback from Japanese project managers

Candidate requirements

At least 1 year of IT Comtor experience for IT outsourcing company for Japanese customer projects
Graduated from one of the best universities in Vietnam or Japan with high GPA
Have Japanese proficiency equivalent to N1 or higher, good speaking skills
Understand basic English words related to IT
Basic IT skills, including the ability to use a computer, simple Excel, and fast Vietnamese and Japanese keyboard typing
Logical thinking and excellent communication skills
Have a high sense of responsibility and team spirit
Passion for learning some type of IT skills and software development

Interest

Range: 18M - 30M gross, 13 months salary + performance bonus (Depending on the company situation)
Trained to PM/BSRE
Salary review once a year
