JOB CONTENT - Managing the entire company's IT system (50%)
- Build and develop a company-wide network system to meet the needs of exploiting and exchanging internal and external information.
- Build internal network infrastructure, ensure internal network is well equipped for information storage, sharing, exploitation, ensure database system is secure and safe.
- Manage servers, databases, and signal networks.
- Update and upgrade software when necessary or requested. o Ensure hardware and software systems operate smoothly.
- Deploy equipment to new locations, new personnel as required regarding computers, phones, networks, etc.
- Provide IT guidance and support to departments as needed.
- Back up data on the server periodically to ensure data is protected.
- Periodically check personal and departmental work data to ensure data safety.
- Advise the Board of Directors on issues of network system administration and network infrastructure investment.
- Check and maintain machinery systems: Camera, phone, computer, printer, ink refill, fax machine, data network system...
- Tasks arise when requested by management or responsible department.
- Manage the company's website and media (50%)
- Manage domain names, hosting, websites, other data (photos, videos..)
- Responsible for updating activities and images of events, products, and businesses on the Company's website and media (There will be staff to support content writing).
- Have basic skills in filming and taking photos of sample products or events that the business participates in/organizes.
- Manage and continuously update the company's social networking sites (Website, Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Perform related tasks as required by direct supervisor.
REQUEST - Hard Skills:
- Graduated from College, University majoring in computer, network, IT
- Have experience and understanding of specialized knowledge about computers, software, internet, web server, LAN / WAN / Internet.
- Experienced in troubleshooting computer and printer related problems. o Experienced in computer hardware/software.
- Experience in managing server/IT systems (1-2 years) o Experience in handling technical problems arising related to ITMS systems Word/Excel/Powerpoint Understand basic functions Process raw data + Visualize reports
