- Install workstations in the network and necessary peripherals (such as cameras, printers, copiers
- Planning to deploy and coordinate with suppliers to fix transmission system problems and maintain transmission lines

- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how new software and computer equipment should work.
- Set up a portal to link the intranet system, share resources of individuals, departments/divisions, and authorized viewing units according to the Company's regulations; create favorable conditions for the operation of departments/sections; summarize accurate and complete information for decision making of the Board of Directors and staff.
- Test, diagnose and troubleshoot (repair or replace components, debug)
- Keep a log of equipment repair and maintenance according to regulations.
- Track the number of computers and network equipment and place orders when they are short.
- Install operating system, support users on IT technical issues
- Administration of the company's internal computer network (LAN);
- Manage time attendance software system, company's camera, email system...
- Other tasks as directed by the Director.
