JOB DETAILS:
- Academic staff is the person responsible for supervising the content of the curriculum, teaching materials and those who directly teach in public or private schools.
Academic staff organize training, evaluate educational materials, evaluate educational technology, and coach new teachers to help them develop effective teaching methods.
Job goals:
- Center representative to implement and monitor teaching and teaching quality of foreign teachers at the school
- Support foreign teachers to adapt to the living and teaching environment at school
- Improve the quality of teaching and learning of students at school
Organizational structure:
- Professional and operational reporting: Report directly to Director/CEO, AC leader.
- Interaction at work: teacher scheduling staff, recruitment staff, administration and accounting staff.
Work responsibility:
- Prepare and prepare: lesson plans, teaching materials, flash cards, learning tools, electronic lectures, teaching tools.
- Receive information from the school and transfer it to the company's specialized department for processing, information includes: timetable, feedback on teachers, feedback on teaching assistants, vacation schedule...
- Guide and tutor teachers on: lesson plans, teaching materials, instructions on using teaching tools, instructions on means of transportation, roads, school location, classroom regulations, school regulations. school, department.
- Observe lessons to evaluate the quality of teaching, attitudes, and teaching skills of teachers.
- Conduct surveys on the quality of teaching and learning at the school
- Organize extracurricular activities for school students
- Organize mid-course exams, semester exams, and grade students
- Learn and research the curriculum and propose to improve the quality of teaching and teaching services at the school.
- Recruit, train and manage teaching assistants
- Carry out tasks assigned by the director
Evaluation index:
- Develop lesson plans, documents, and teaching tools: according to KPI table
- Building and implementing extracurricular activities: according to KPI table
- Training, supervision and evaluation of foreign teachers: according to KP table
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- In charge of schools in Binh Thanh District, Thu Duc District
- Graduated from College/University, good communication skills in English
- Enthusiastic, responsible and honest
- Accept self-travel with personal vehicle
