Job Description

Job duties
- Customer care - Receive customer support cases with product support issues, pre- and post-sale support.
- Implement and ensure the customer support process through the customer support ticket system. Follow up regularly and periodically to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report product quality in the market.
- Proactive, positive, efficient and flexible to achieve team goals.
- Coordinate with other team members to support product quality improvement.
- Support QC team during product testing when required
