    Job Description

    1. Job Description
    • Make quotes for customers.
    • Prepare documents, drawings, catalogs, slides, and other records (if needed).
    • Coordinate with Project Manager and customer to draft contract, negotiate, adjust to close contract and send to customer.
    • Monitor contracts, prepare and send advance payment requests to customers, contact and urge customers to make advances according to Company regulations.
    • Monitor construction progress, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure project progress.
    • Make minutes of handover, acceptance, payment and settlement documents.
    • Support checking goods, proposing goods import, tracking goods import of project orders.
    • Monitor and contact customers to urge payment/debt collection (coordinate with Accounting department).
    • Other periodic and ad hoc reports (if any) as prescribed.
    • Assist the Director with other tasks within the scope of responsibility and authority.
    • Working location: 115 Le Dinh Duong, Hai Chau, Da Nang.

    2. Requirements

    • College degree or higher.
    • Priority is given to candidates with experience in similar positions or young but enthusiastic and eager to learn candidates.
    • English is quite good: Can read and understand English texts, communicate well.
    • Good office computer skills: Word, Excel,…
    • Quick, eager to learn, highly responsible.
    • Gender: Female.
    • Age: Under 30 years old.
