Responsible for exchanging orders for orders on ships and ports according to customs declaration documents.
Delivery of export and import orders.
Apply for quality inspection license, conduct inspection and quarantine at port (upon request)
Track the shipping process from warehouse to delivery
Work directly with relevant agencies: customs, ports, wharves, and yards to execute orders for picking up containers, placing bets on containers, and arranging containers, ensuring that goods are transported on schedule.
Delivery of documents, payment of taxes and fees to relevant parties, infrastructure fees: Customs, port authorities, shipping lines.
Handle arising situations and notify relevant departments of details.
Coordinate with document departments, customer service, customs declaration to complete necessary documents for a shipment (collect costs, return related documents, etc.)
Candidate requirements:
College degree or higher, trained in export, foreign trade..., love jobs that involve traveling, communicating, and working freely
Proficient in using computers and basic software
Have at least 01 year of working experience in a similar position at FWD, Logistics companies
Careful, enthusiastic, hard-working, honest, able to work independently and in a team, able to withstand work pressure
Interest
Basic salary: 8-9 million + bonus based on business performance (quarterly, minimum 1 month salary) + lunch allowance + gas allowance + phone allowance (average income 12-13 million/month)
There is a standard cost for making goods (by shipment, by number of containers, etc.)
No need to check fingerprint attendance, flexible working hours, according to actual goods at the port authority
Lunch allowance, gas, phone, responsibility, etc. according to job position
Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to the provisions of the Law
Domestic and international travel at least once a year (Southeast Asia and Asia) costs VND 8,000,000 - VND 12,000,000

Working time: From Monday to Friday, 2 Saturday mornings per month
