    Job Description

    Welcome
    • Receive guests' luggage, guide guests to the front desk for hotel check-in procedures
    • Answer guests' questions about check-in procedures when needed
    Carrying luggage for guests
    • Move luggage to the guest room
    • Confirm the quantity and status of luggage with guests, directly carry out luggage transportation for guests in the fastest time possible, ensure that the luggage brought to the guest room is intact, not damaged or lost.
    • Instruct guests to use the tools and machines in the hotel
    Support customer service in the lobby area
    • Responsible for customer support at the lobby when requested by guests: Calling a taxi, giving directions,...
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests and complaints
    Other tasks when requested by management
