    Job Description

    1. Delivery and handover of internal / external letters and documents;
    2. Receive orders daily, enter orders into the data; Transfer order information to relevant departments.
    3. Check Team Sale's PO, make contracts and other documents when customers place an order
    4. Support sales department with documents, quotes..
    5. Provide and receive information from customers and report back to the person in charge
    6. Support other tasks related to the sales team
    7. Import and export goods in the warehouse and warehouse software. Support inventory and accounting
    8. Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
