- Responsible for recruiting personnel to ensure timely, sufficient quantity - quality to meet the personnel requirements of the leader in charge according to the approved plan.
- Search and propose effective and suitable recruitment channels. Responsible for drafting job posting content as required in each period.
- Receiving and screening candidate applications
- Conduct exchange, interview candidates, guide new employees on the steps to integrate into the company.
- Responsible for recruitment results, summarizing interview results, submitting successful applications and announcing interview results
- Drafting and monitoring labor contracts, making reports to sign probationary contracts, labor contracts, deciding to accept and terminate labor contracts...
- Management of daily dispatches and papers.
- Support to sign documents, time attendance of branches, legal support.
- Support the work in the team at the request of the Head of Department.
