JOB DESCRIPTION: (Working at No. 2 Vo Chi Cong, Cam Le, Da Nang).
- Manage equipment, machinery and distribute stationery, office cleaning.
- Managing the issue of uniforms for employees periodically
- Conducting recruitment, training, receiving and screening candidate profiles
- Update personnel changes, manage and store employee records throughout the Company.
- Maintain records in the office.
- WORKING TIME: Office hours, from Monday to Saturday every week
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Age from
- Graduated from university or college majoring in Economics, Administration, Human Resources, Law, Society-Humanities, Foreign Languages, Accounting.
- No experience required, Working experience in administrative position is an advantage
- Good communication skills, good health.
- Smart, agile, honest, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
