- Manage and monitor internal activities in the office;
- In charge of human resource management;

- Knowing Chinese is an advantage;
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes, handle multiple tasks at the same time;
- Good communication, agile, good time management and decision skills;
- Honest, careful, flexible, proactive and hardworking;
- Good use of MS office software, MS outlook;
- Good skills in drafting documents and announcements.
