1. Job details:

– Work with the HR manager to perform C&B tasks as assigned: Timekeeping, monitoring employee benefits such as birthdays, sick leave, maternity leave, uniforms, etc. Organize health check-ups for employees
– Support event logistics team with event-related tasks in Ho Chi Minh branch
– Perform receptionist duties: welcome guests, contact relevant parties
- Some other arising tasks as assigned by the HR manager (within the scope of work of the position)
2. Job requirements:
- Graduated from university or college in Human Resources related majors
- Have experience as an administrative staff or other equivalent position.
- Proficient in office software
– Ability to organize work effectively and complete on time
- Good communication skills, working with all parties
– Actively learn more knowledge to serve the job
– Problem-solving mindset: Always be aware and proactive in proposing solutions when problems arise.
- Be dedicated and responsible for work
