1. Administrative work:
- Develop, draft and store administrative documents and company forms such as: Notices, decisions, contracts, regulations, procedures, etc.
- Establish and monitor the implementation of the business process system of each department/office/branch.
- Manage seals, stamps, and store records according to regulations.
- Manage and distribute office supplies and company necessities
2. Human resources work:
- Develop recruitment plans and propose recruitment options suitable to the recruitment needs of the departments.
- Monitor and plan to build/advise the company's management on personnel planning to ensure human resources meet the company's operations and development.
- Track attendance and calculate monthly salaries
- Establish policies and KPI management systems/ performance evaluation of each department.
3. Social insurance :
- Coordinate with the General Corporation's HR department to report increases, decreases and regime records (sickness, maternity, occupational accidents,...) for employees.
- Work with social insurance agencies to compare data and explain data (if any)
4. Union:
- Coordinate with the union department to monitor and implement activities related to the company's union.
5. Building VHDN:
- Build and maintain a positive working environment, promote solidarity and employee engagement.
- Organize internal activities and events to enhance corporate culture and improve professional skills and expertise for company employees.
6. Other tasks as required by superiors.
