* Job description:
- Make recruitment and human resource development plans monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Making payroll, developing salary and bonus regulations, incentive benefits for employees with the Leadership Board.
- Drafting notices, official letters, decisions: Appointment, dismissal, transfer, salary adjustment, resignation at the request of the Board of Directors.
- Do work related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance
- Support the head of HR-NS department to perform administrative and human resource work according to assigned functions and tasks.
- Supervising and developing the system of salary, Welfare, social insurance, PIT
- Coordinate with relevant departments in monitoring and evaluating new employee's capacity during the probationary period
