Job Description
The main work consists of 3 parts = recruitment (50%) + C&B (30%) + Items assigned by superiors (drafting documents, contracts...20%)
- Recruitment to meet the personnel needs of departments in the Company.
- Propose to correct, supplement and change the contents related to the MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION PROCESSES in the field of HR.
- Advise and optimize the company's recruitment process and quality.
- Calculate and pay salaries, welfare policies, insurance, personal income tax, and leave regimes according to regulations.
- Track personnel information, labor contracts, draft decisions and notices related to the scope of work.
- Advise and make recommendations to the Board of Directors in the process of handling issues in the field of human resources.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Company's Board of Directors.
Candidate requirements
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a general administrative and human resources position.
- Priority given to those who have been trained in human resource management and operations management courses.
- College degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Economics...
- Gender: Female, age: 25 - 32.
