    Job Description

    - Responsible for administrative tasks:

    • Draft, store and manage administrative documents, records and internal documents of the Company
    • Manage the purchase of stationery and maintenance of Company equipment and machinery
    • Summarize reports and timekeeping
    • Manage working time, off schedule, and operational schedule of personnel to ensure work quality
    • Perform tasks related to office administration

    - Responsible for recruitment:

    • Receive monthly recruitment proposals, post job advertisements, manage candidate data, contact and arrange interview schedules
    • Directly participate in the interview process, with professional managers to evaluate and select suitable candidates
    • Welcoming new employees, supporting them to integrate during the first period of employment

    - Building corporate culture and internal communication:

    • Responsible for building corporate culture: Understand the personnel situation (birthdays, funerals, congratulations, and personnel wishes, if any); Organize exchange programs and engage personnel.
    • Maintain a happy, united and mutually supportive working environment.
    • Coordinate with Account to promote corporate brand and internal communications
