Work content:
- Direct Japanese assistant for Vietnamese/Japanese managers in activities at the Company.
- Translate documents (emails, meeting minutes, statistics, papers,...)
- Participate and interpret in meetings, and take notes and prepare relevant documents
- Support departments in communication and exchange between Japanese and Vietnamese people
Right:
- Sign a 1-month probationary contract, after 1 month of evaluation and sign an official contract.
- Free main meals at Canteen. Overtime of 2 hours or more includes extra meals.
- There are many days off per year (about 10 days more than other companies).
- Bonuses on Tet holidays (April 30 & May 1, September 2, October 20).
- Annually evaluate salary increases and year-end bonuses.
- Organize annual travel, year-end parties, monthly birthdays.
- There is a shuttle bus for employees on Thanh Ha - Hai Duong, Thanh Mien - Binh Giang routes
- The working environment is always guaranteed to be safe - hygienic, ensuring the health of workers.
- Organize periodic health checks and participate in labor and insurance policies in accordance with the law
Request:
- Graduated from College, University or higher (major: Japanese language, business administration)
- Japanese N1 or higher (or equivalent)
- Have at least 2 years of experience as an assistant - interpreter
- Use World, Excel,... proficiently
- Understanding of 5S
- Have understanding and capacity for improvement and have a high sense of goals at work
- Ability to prepare reports for meetings
- Male/female, age 26~35 years old.
