I. JOB DETAILS
- Enter data for employee salary calculation.
- Carry out timekeeping and salary calculation for employees.
- Report increase, decrease, sickness, and maternity in social insurance on Efy insurance software.
- Receive and answer questions about workers' regimes and policies.
- Organize storage, arrangement, update and management of labor records, labor contracts, salary adjustment decisions, handover documents upon termination and other documents related to salary.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by department manager.
II JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience is preferred.
- Level: College or higher.
- Majors trained: Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration or related majors.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and related office applications.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, diligence and responsibility at work.
- Honest, careful and detailed.
III. RIGHT
- Fixed salary from 7 - 9 million VND/month (Negotiable based on ability).
- Pay social insurance after probation.
