Work content:
- Managing the company's recruitment according to the Recruitment Procedure
- Receive the registration form, submit it for signing
- Make recruitment announcements, contact job centers
- Prepare test invitation letter according to TP requirements, contact candidate to report test date and time.
- Make a list of interviews, make a list of interview results, notify unsatisfactory candidates, notify qualified candidates and receive a job schedule, make a job acceptance letter.
- Transfer the candidate evaluation sheet to the payroll accounting department, make a candidate evaluation table when probationary.
- Manage records and resumes of company employees; Make a list of employees of the Company.
- Management of employee leave records.
- Management of the company's training.
- Proposing plans to reward holidays, Tet, allowances etc... for employees and organize the implementation.
- Make decisions on mobilization, appointment, dismissal, etc... at the request of the Head of Department and carry out related procedures.
- Perform timekeeping for office staff.
- Management of leave of employees.
- Managing employee leave.
- Receive all kinds of official documents in the incoming dispatch book.
- Schedule weekly Manager's work, track and schedule information for individuals in need; Record Manager's schedule on the board.
Job requirements:
- Graduated from Intermediate level or higher in business administration, industrial management, human resource management, wage labor, office administration or equivalent positions in the office
- Good communication skill.
- Proficient in office computer skills, equivalent to grade B or higher.
- At least 1 year experience in HR management position
- Encourage new employees to learn on the job; will be trained on the job.
- Honesty, enthusiasm for work, eager to learn and progress.
