JOB DUTIES
1. Personnel recruitment:
- Develop and implement a recruitment plan to ensure that the Company's personnel requirements are met.
- Conduct search and propose effective recruitment channels to recruit quality candidates
- Implement the job posting, receive, screen applications, contact candidates and arrange interview appointments. Coordinate with Heads of BPs to organize interviews and select candidates who meet the recruitment requirements
- Notify the interview results to the successful candidates and send thank you letters to the unsuccessful candidates. Carrying out procedures to receive new employees.
- Perform tasks to maintain and improve the recruitment process, build & manage recruitment questionnaires for each different position.
- Personnel file management
2. Advise and propose to the Board of Directors issues in the field of Human Resources Administration:
- Develop salary and bonus mechanisms, welfare regimes for groups of personnel in the company (office block, technical block, worker - unskilled block...)
- Develop regulations, rules and regulations in the company. Coordinate with specialized departments to systematize working processes in the company and implement them.
- Perform work on social insurance: report increase, report decrease, ..., settle benefits for company employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
