1. Administration
- Summarize working days and other remuneration regimes for employees and transfer them to inspection accounting.
- Develop company rules, regulations of each department.
- Participate in the development and improvement of the performance evaluation system (work report)
- Support the Director to build the KPI system for the departments in the Company - Support the departments to solve the work according to the process.
- Supervising the observance of the Company's Rules, Regulations and regulations
- Propose ideas to improve work in the company
- Stationery management: making proposals, distributing VPP to departments.
- Manage forms and send to departments when required.
- Typing, printing, preserving documents, official documents under the assigned work.
- Schedule meetings, follow up, organize the preparation for the company's meeting.
2. Human Resources
- Monitor changes in HR
- Synthesize recruitment needs of the Departments.
- Post recruitment, receive, screen resumes and coordinate with the Head of Department to organize interviews, select suitable candidates according to the plan.
- Drafting Probation Contracts, Labor Contracts for Employees.
- Arrange and store records (candidates, employees, retired personnel).
- Managing employee's leave, namely: Receive resignation letter, transfer the Director to sign and save the resignation letter. After receiving the minutes of work handover, submit to the Director to see the handover minutes, resignation letter. The director determines the plan to pay leave for employees.
