1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan and implement human resource recruitment according to the requirements of the Board of Directors.
- Plan training for new employees and periodic training for employees in the company.
- Urging and monitoring department heads during the training and probationary evaluation process for employees.
- Monitor labor contracts and manage Company employee records.
- Responsible for drafting regulations, rules, notices, decisions, and dispatches as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Organize storage and update of records and data related to the Company's activities.
- Coordinate with the ISO Board to develop processes and forms to serve the management of the Company's quality management system according to ISO standards:
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

- Graduated from College or higher with a major related to Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, etc.
- Able to withstand pressure.
- Proficiency in office computer.
