    Job Description

    1. Overall responsibility for the work in the Department
    2. Recruiting staff, participating in interviews
    3. Human resource training
    4. Manage employee records and contracts, issue time cards and employee cards
    5. Manage leave/personal leave, attendance
    6. Manage seals, arrange meeting rooms, draft documents, contracts, etc.
    7. Salary and bonus calculation
    8. Control labor discipline, report employee attendance coefficient
    9. Coordinate the organization of events
    10. Social insurance records management: Report social insurance increase, report social insurance decrease, prepare social insurance benefit records, close books, consolidate books, report on labor usage situation,...
    11. Track grab usage
    12. Adjust job position, income
    13. Manage and issue phone SIM cards to employees
    14. Provide and monitor the use of assets and stationery.
    15. Occupational safety and health management, periodic occupational safety and health training
    16. Organize periodic health check-ups for employees
    17. Synthesize and perform monthly reports
    18. Union Management
    19. Perform Administrative work: Purchase and pay for Administrative related work
    20. Support in answering employee questions about issues related to the company's welfare policies and benefits.
    21. Support other departments to perform tasks
    22. Perform other tasks as directed by the City HCTH and Board of Directors.
