Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruiting staff for the company's projects: receiving, posting job advertisements, screening applications, sending interview invitations, and notifying candidates of results.
Participate in the process of guiding, training staff, collecting and managing candidate profiles.
Plan human resources and develop recruitment plans for the company.
Support handling other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
Experience: No experience required (experience is an advantage).
Salary: No salary.
Location: Work online at home, share computer screen on Google meet during work for management.
Job nature: Online Internship.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Think fast and act fast, prioritizing action over research.
Hardworking, responsible, disciplined, willing to support and willing to learn/research new issues at work.
Can arrange working time in shifts (each shift is at least 2 hours) at flexible self-selected time frame with personal schedule as follows: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM; 13:00 PM to 17:00 PM or 20:00 PM to 24:00 PM on weekdays from Monday to Saturday.
Have personal laptop/PC to work online.
Can work online remotely with the team.
