    Job Description

    • Arrange official documents, draft documents. Make records of employees violating regulations.
    • Contact suppliers, order and purchase office equipment, manage the distribution of stationery, equipment and supplies for employees.
    • Receive incoming and outgoing letters and documents.
    • Based on the customer list of the Sales Department, buy gifts for holidays (calendars, Tet beer, moon cakes, gratitude gifts)
    • Contact flower suppliers to order flowers for customers' birthdays and company founding days.
    • Check employee records (driver's license, related documents), organize, store and classify records neatly and tidily.
    • Update employee information, make probationary agreements and labor contracts
    • Disseminate company rules and regulations to new employees.
    • Remind employees to comply with company regulations.
    • Timekeeping, salary calculation, implementation of social insurance regimes, etc. for employees.
    • Responsible for recruitment. Manage recruitment accounts.
    • Complete and update JD of job positions in the company
    • And do other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.

    1. Regime and benefits

    • Working hours: 7:30 17:00 (Monday - Friday), 7:30 16:00 (Saturday)
    • Break time: lunch break (11:30 - 13:00), every Sunday
    • 2-month probation, 85% of official salary
    • Annual leave: 12 days/year.
    • Salary review once a year
    • Full social insurance according to the law

    2. Requirements

    • Female, age 24 and above
    • Minimum 1 year experience or more
    • College graduate or higher
    • High sense of responsibility, careful and accurate in work
