    Job Description

    The company works in the Digital Dental Cad Design industry, working as assigned at the request of the Board of Directors and Management, requiring carefulness and meticulousness in things related to numbers:

    1. Monitor, check and compile salary statistics, KPIs of employees at the company. Prepare employee KPI reports every month.
    2. Statistics on revenues/expenditures for company activities.
    3. Monitor employees' social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance operations.
    4. Carry out tasks related to human resources, labor, insurance... (timekeeping, updated personnel list and payroll at the end of the month, monitor personnel fluctuations, implement new procedures/ increase/decrease personnel...)
    5. In charge of proposing and implementing the procurement of materials, documents, supplies and equipment to serve the company's operations.
    6. Drafting contracts
    7. Prepare work reports as requested by superiors.
    8. Support other Departments in human resource management. Support relevant departments in employee training, recruitment methods, administrative work...
    9. Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
