Job Description

WORK CONTENT

Update class schedules, arrange classrooms daily, distribute textbooks to students,...
Monitor the teacher's daily lesson updates
Receive feedback and support teachers and students during their work
Monitor and remind teachers about midterm and final exam schedules for classes
Support in controlling students' attendance levels, contacting students when absent from class, contacting and arranging make-up study schedules for students
Periodically collect student feedback and answer questions from students and parents related to the center's courses.
Manage the center's student list
Organize exams, guard exams and check quality midterm and final semester (make seat list, exam room list,...)
Summarize exam results, grade exams, update scores, notify and store exam results of classes
Support checking students' input level
Timely handle arising problems
Support tasks as assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Work from Monday to Saturday (Off every Sunday)
2nd, 3rd, 4th year students or graduates of majors related to English and Languages.
Priority is given to candidates with experience living, studying and working in an environment where English is the main language;
Good English, standard pronunciation or have English certificates
Responsible, enthusiastic, passionate and want to develop a career in the field of education; has the ability to inspire and inspire learning English;
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in an educational environment
No experience, trained from the beginning, just need to be passionate about working in the education industry
