JOB DESCRIPTION:

On-site experience, coordinating contractors during the construction of the rough structure and installation of rough items, furniture, and equipment.
Carry out supervision work throughout the construction process
Assign daily tasks and urge contractors to work according to the design drawings and agreed items.
Report on quality and construction progress, proactively notify customers.
Responsible for handling problems that occur on site with contractors and customers.
Organize acceptance assessment after project completion.
Other tasks (as assigned by superiors).

Candidates with a college degree or higher in interior design, architecture, construction,... Read and understand drawings.
Ability to be autonomous and manage an independent project
Have practical experience in supervising accommodation projects (apartments, farms, villas, etc.)
Withstand work pressure, travel on project basis.
Have means of transport, proactive travel time.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, highly responsible.
