+ Understand the issues related to the division of goods, dispatching vehicles, the operation process of a project.
+ Support operating staff with issues related to road transport control and operation.
+ Directly supervise the process of loading & unloading goods with sufficient quantity, type, quality, the process of delivery and receipt of documents is going smoothly.
+ Work directly with the dispatch team and vehicle operation team to control daily activities, ensuring compliance with the company's procedures and policies.
+ Update and monitor daily reports sent to relevant departments according to the timeline.
+ Receive and solve problems related to feedback from drivers and customers.
+ Having the opportunity to work directly with large and professional customers in FMCG, Electronics, Retail distribution channels such as supermarkets, convenience store chains, Food & Beverage groups, ..
+ Other tasks as assigned by management.
