Job Description

MAIN TASKS

Open new retail outlets:

Search, survey and evaluate the potential of retail locations that are suitable for the development direction of the BMQ brand.
Carry out legal procedures and negotiate contracts with partners and site investors.

Management and monitoring of retail point of sale operations:

Regularly check and evaluate the performance of existing retail outlets.
Support training and guidance for sales staff at points of sale to ensure service and product quality.
Collect market information, customer feedback and make improvement suggestions to optimize sales.

Implement promotional and marketing programs:

Coordinate with Marketing department to implement promotional programs, product displays and promotional campaigns at retail outlets.
Monitor, analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend appropriate adjustments.

Reporting and data analysis:

Prepare periodic reports on sales, performance and market conditions.
Provide solutions and strategies to improve sales performance.

REQUEST

Education: University/College graduate majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
Priority is given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in retail, point of sale management, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business.
Ability to communicate, negotiate and build good relationships with partners.
Ability to work independently and in a team, proactive and dynamic.
Willing to travel frequently to inspect, open points of sale and provide direct on-site support.
Understanding the retail market and having good relationships in the industry is an advantage.
