Job Description
Perform the following tasks as assigned:
- Proactively seek and connect with partners providing new technology solutions and platforms such as partners in the Fintech industry, payment intermediaries, e-commerce, E-Banking, Banking and Finance, Mobile Networks... thereby proposing cooperation, negotiating and implementing cooperation contracts to increase revenue on the digital channel of the Cooperative Bank.
- Be the direct contact point with partners to receive or provide documents related to the cooperation process; arrange meetings or phone calls to directly exchange with partners and customers.
- Work with internal departments to assist in resolving all issues related to cooperation.
- Monitor and manage project progress and urge relevant departments to expedite the connection process with Partners, ensuring work progress and agreed timeline are followed. Report in detail to superiors the status, progress of working with Partners and difficulties encountered, or immediately when support is needed.
- Maintain care and support for Partners on issues arising during the cooperation process. Monitor and evaluate implementation programs with partners, report on analysis of cooperation effectiveness, and propose improvements (if any).
- Synthesize market reports, industry reports, and consumer trend reports related to the development and provision of card and digital banking services, thereby making recommendations and directions for product and service development.
- Propose and organize the implementation of new working methods and develop digital culture.
- Other assigned tasks.
