- Responsible for fully implementing the principles of "Good storage practices for drugs", ensuring warehouse safety.
- Correctly implement the issued outpatient drug dispensing and consultation process.
- Guide and assign members working at the warehouse to properly implement the regulations of the drug warehouse and the Pharmacy department.
Correctly implement the issued outpatient drug dispensing and consultation procedures.
Track drug expiration dates, report on rarely used and near-expiry drugs every month.
Instruct patients on the correct and effective use of drugs, detect errors in the drug dispensing process and prevent those errors.
Perform periodic inventory and reconciliation procedures of pharmaceutical warehouses. Responsible for service drug inventory and health insurance retail warehouses.
Arrange and store drugs in the warehouse according to GSP and 5S standards.
Advise doctors or medical staff on current items in the department, actual stock, usage… when required.
Responsible for managing and operating the inpatient pharmacy warehouse. Supervising the import, storage, and distribution of drugs, medical supplies, chemicals, and biological products (collectively referred to as drugs) at the pharmacy department.
Comply with the issued procedures for dispensing and consulting inpatient drugs.
Monitor drug expiration dates, report on the list of rarely used and near-expiry drugs every month, make a list and present it to the department head for solutions to avoid expired drugs causing waste.
Participate in consulting and analyzing during the implementation of the inpatient drug dispensing and consultation process, ensuring the rate of drugs at risk or being discharged according to the Hospital's regulations.
Perform periodic inventory and warehouse reconciliation procedures. Responsible for even inventory.
Make periodic and ad hoc plans for drugs, medical supplies and equipment.
Participate in scientific research, provide guidance and professional training for faculty members as assigned.
Participate fully in training programs of the Hospital and the corporation.
Perform other job duties as required by the Head of Pharmacy Department.
Priority: graduated from pharmacy major, have a practice certificate, able to work outside the province according to the professional assignment schedule.
