    Job Description

    Job duties
    Prepare an estimate table for the feasibility study step, design construction drawings based on the extracted volume.
    • Quantity take-off, basic construction estimates, project construction estimates.
    • Quantity take-off from design drawings for feasibility study step and construction drawing design step.
    • Collect quotes for materials and equipment to serve the work of making construction estimates.
    • Coordinate with related departments such as structure, electricity, technology... during work implementation.
    • Participate in working with appraisal and verification units
    • Other tasks when assigned.
    • Deploy volume take-off from design drawings for technical infrastructure works (factories, pipelines) and other types of related works.
    • Prepare an estimate of the total investment according to the investment capital ratio or similar reference project.
    • Prepare detailed estimates for total investment, total project construction estimates, and adjusted estimates.
    • Verify the design estimate for the feasibility study step and the construction drawing design step.
    • Establish and control costs and unit prices in total investment, total construction estimate, and project adjustment estimate.
    • Update prices of materials, labor, construction machines, and construction unit prices from time to time to serve estimating.
