* Job description:
- Making quotations for works, projects on fit-out finishing & interior decoration
- In charge of estimating and bidding
- Get information about the customer as well as about the project to be quoted
- Summarize & evaluate customers to have a suitable quote decision.
- Study drawings & documents, combine with designers & subcontractors to survey the current status of the project
- Implement calculations, extract quantities and get prices from suppliers or subcontractors
- Complete project quotation documents
- Manage & fully supplement sample catalogs, material samples for quotation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (According to competency standards) Education/Diploma
- Graduated from College or above majoring in Engineering, Construction Economics;
- Work experience
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in interior quotation positions;
- Knowledge of furniture materials.
- Knowledge
- Know how to use professional software autocard, Sketchup, 2D, 3D, 3DS max and other software for work;
- Proficient in using word, excel and other software;
- Work skill

- Ability to synthesize, process information and report;
- Ability to work under high pressure;
