    Job Description

    WORK CONTENT:
    • Receive drawing documents from design/business, study drawings, calculate estimates and quote prices for interior projects.
    • Feedback to the design on design details that affect the estimate and project cost (if any).
    • Propose appropriate material conversion options for the project's interior design and budget.
    • Complete detailed and comprehensive cost estimate documents for factory production and off-site construction
    • Be the focal point and main responsibility for resolving/explaining costs incurred in the estimation or quotation categories of projects in charge of the company's Board of Directors. Coordinate and support business to explain and work with customers on quotes (if any)
    • Support and coordinate with the same department
    • Supply works with subcontractors (if any) to come up with a way to calculate construction estimates to suit the allowable budget, be economical and most effective for the project.
    • Regularly survey and understand the material market, thereby building a data source on common supplier prices for the estimating team.
    • Inspect the actual project or factory to compare the construction/production plan in accordance with reality in order to control the construction status as well as learn from experience to calculate the estimate so that it is economical and appropriate. most realistic
    Perform other tasks such as:
    • Participate/support departments in preparing bid documents.
    • Participate and contribute ideas to build contractor/supplier data
    • Participate in contributing ideas to develop the fastest, most effective and economical way to calculate estimates and quotes.
    • Store drawings, documents and cost estimate/quotation files in accordance with regulations
