Job Description

Job duties
Check bidding documents; Understand clearly the scope of work required in the bidding documents.

Ask for prices of materials and equipment from suppliers, check the technical compliance of the supplier's price list with the technical requirements of the bidding documents;
Compare prices offered between suppliers; Select the offer price to apply (Lowest price + Meets technical criteria).
Prepare and complete bidding documents with high accuracy, including but not limited to the following tasks:
Prepare a price quote according to the BOQ Bill of the bidding documents or competitive bidding documents.
Prepare a Table that meets the technical criteria of the bidding documents or competitive bidding documents.
List of differences with bidding documents.
Gather complete and accurate legal documents according to the requirements of the Bidding Documents.
Prepare schedule according to the requirements of the Bidding Documents.
Participate in meetings to clarify volumes and bid documents with investors (if any).
Prepare relevant documents to submit bids according to the schedule of bidding documents or competitive bidding documents.
