- Extraction of the estimated volume of materials for the sales department.
- Estimating input volume of materials for the warehouse department to require imported materials for production.
- Calculating the cost of products made for the accounting department to calculate profit.
- Responsible for the quantity of imported materials sufficient for production.
- Disassembling volume, making estimate and quotation.
- Coordinate with project staff to survey (if necessary) to make quotes, for interior projects.
- Check the shop interior drawing records, the workload of materials, equipment and related workers.
- Monitor and update materials and items arising at the construction site, coordinate to check the actual construction cost compared with the calculation plan.
- Handling unexpected situations
- Determine the type of material, determine the special costs to include in the quotation.
- Contact the material department to get the price of equipment and materials for production
- Prepare construction cost estimates
- Ensure the accuracy of the cost estimates before submitting to the Board of Directors;
- Ensure high security of enterprise information;
- Prepare bids/quotes to submit to the Board of Directors;
- Support the materials department in developing the price database for estimating and purchasing;
- Determine the type of material
- Determine the special costs to include in the quote
- Handling unexpected situations
- Check the actual construction cost compared with the calculation plan.
- Report daily/weekly work progress to the Board of Directors.
- Supervising departmental staff to strictly comply with the company's rules and regulations;
- Training and evaluating employees to maintain and improve work efficiency;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduated from University, majoring in Civil Construction, Construction Economics, Architecture.
- Having professional training certificates in Estimation - Quotation.
- At least 3 years of experience in the position of Interior Estimator.
- Experienced in managing project estimates for Offices, houses, apartments, villas, Shops,...
- Experience in estimating construction finishing - interior finishing.
- Knowledge in the field of construction and interior construction.
- Understanding the types of materials and equipment in the project - Proficient in office computer, Internet, specialized software.
- Good drawing comprehension skills.
- Personality: Honest, careful, decisive, high responsibility in work and long-term cooperation orientation.
