JOB DETAILS
-Establish, review, and implement plans to implement investment procedures for projects to ensure: Legal compliance, quality, profit, and progress.
- Advise and propose solutions in technology, electromechanical and other fields suitable to the nature of the projects.
- Update material prices, responsible for balancing prices of projects in charge.
- Responsible for bidding activities of the projects in charge.
- Responsible for construction and commercial contracts of projects in charge.
- Expand and search for project information to propose suitable projects for monitoring.
- Search for commercial customers for the Company's strong products.
- Check and urge suppliers on commercial orders.
- Urging payment transfer.
- Handling customer feedback about products.
- Implement project management and implementation including: Working with the Investor, Project Manager, Supervisor, and partner units to ensure project progress, quality records, payment records Calculate a number of specific projects according to assignment.
- Manage and secure the assigned project portfolio, coordinate with partners to deploy projects to meet requirements.
- Update specialized information and laws.
- Weekly, monthly and unscheduled reports as required.

- Foreign language / computer skills: Proficient in using office skills, good English communication
- Other requirements (if any)
- Sociable and happy with colleagues
- Good use of specialized software: Autocad, Dialux, estimating... is an advantage
- Having experience related to bidding activities is an advantage
